A player with many warnings on Loka may get perm muted for saying something that I seemingly got no punishment for.

It's because of their previous history and continuous ability to act in bad faith, toxicity ISN'T tolerated on loka, Loka being a pvp server isn't uber harsh and rushing to perm mute every player, but if someone who was banned and muted etc for many things related to that, the lack of change in said department should and very well does stop them from returning to the community

He wasn’t perma muted though..? He’s only been toxic outside of Loka if I recall

"Let me guess splinian is black aswell" You think this is funny? You have no right to assume his race and also no right to put forth these alligations. I am one of the only people who knows splinians race (21 and me) And he is 34% african american. But you just go out here and assume and throw it around. I really hope you think through the things that you are saying under this because keep in mind this is a ban appeal, and yet somehow you have managed you argue with every person who issues there opinion. The lokamc forums are a place where players can express themselves. Just imagine how you made splin feel when you say things like "let me guess your black" Its not funny, no one is laughing. Im honestly a bit offended myself by these words you are saying. Litterally just reading through your appeal is making me cringe and im feeling unsafe reading this appeal. You are so bold to jump to these assumptions. I really cant put how (TW: SWEARING) p**sed off I am at you. Seriously, grow up. This is the behavior that I thought was not allowed on loka and I dont think you will get unbanned if you keep acting like this.

I don't agree with anything dina has done, but what you just said is completely tone deaf to what you replied to. And I'm sure that his "accusation" is not a suprise to most loka players.

He didn't actually assume his race, he was stating an excuse that has been or may have been used by Splinian to why he said the n-word, if he did say it at all, that's what he meant.
