Hello Staff members and people reading, I just got banned mid loka balak fight due to supposed “Harassment” which supposedly took place in another server. Pretty sure i know why I got banned since the “enemies” in that towny spammed “ez ban”. As I got a kill on a friend in an arena plot and realized my new swords name was “Granny Dagger” which could be interpreted as offensive by some groups, despite it fitting in an obnoxious theme of ongoing jokes regarding it. I renamed it insantly after.

I had barely ever been on the server since I lost my actual first sword “Better Luck Next Time” due to frustrating durability loss after death mechanics. I usually log onto that server to help my friends, I am not necessarily active by any means and was given a netherite sword to replace one i had previously lost. I took it without much thought, the swords name was “Granny Dagger”. Which apparently looking back at is a recurring theme in the server.
After having been banned on Loka i rejoined the towny and was met by a message from “oParsis” an alt account of monkeynick123ooh who was informed about my ban without anyone knowing about it, making it pretty obvious the ban happened in a groupchat which I find to be uncool since these decisions arent mean to be made a big deal and that starts a player vs player hate fuel.

This ban is a mistake, I was framed as part of the greater harassment and toxicity chain that was ongoing in that server despite having done practically nothing.

A lot of players as far as i know have been banned from loka after today which in most cases was fair, but Leka didnt participate in the ongoing toxicity of the server and even left our vc due to him being annoyed by the comments
He wouldnt log on as he lost a sword so i gave him one today before a siege session

Though i will mention to take that with a grain of salt, the last time i vc'd with this guy was like a year ago so theres a chance he has reformed.

-1 I would say you know you got geared given a sword you wouldn't know about, but your group has been making these jokes for 2+ years on and off you used a perfectly normal sword throughout all the other sessions/battles/sieges and when your friends had all there swords purposely named after something that happened regarding my dead relative. You knew all of these jokes were going on, the nation you was in was named after the whole event and you only realised your sword was called that after you had been banned. You know these jokes weren't funny and yet you still went around with a sword named after it.

I log on that server to help Windows and LekaThere was a lot of toxicity in chat which was too much in some situations.Leka was one of the few people who was composed and did not engage in the ammount of toxic behaviour coming from siege. He was busy being frustrated with someone in town breaking auto sorter system

Me and the group have parted ways basically only seeing eachother in townies and a text message every now and then.
You know well I did not engage about that as I myself have experienced the same thing happen irl. Want nothing but the best. Its an overreaction to a sword name, which I didnt even bring to a siegezone as I was busy with townstuff regardless. I never spoke a word about a dead relative, my condolences albeit some time late. I can confirm, the only times I recall Leka being even remotely toxic was to me when I broke the brewer redstone clock. I also do remember him complaining about his original sword breaking due to the durability-loss-upon-death mechanic, and logging off immediatly afterwards. He didn’t participate in much of the combat, focusing instead on fixing up our redstone, and only ended up joining at the very end, under the condition that one of our members give him a sword. He did not notice the name and what it meant until those concerned called him out, which matches up with the screenshots Facilee showed.

I have met Leka on this exact towny and he helped me get started. he gave me stuff and didnt ask for anything back. I had some nice talks with him and he did not seem to mean any harm to me nor anyone else. +1

Knowing both groups and people for awhile now i honestly think that most of the hateful actions were not carried out by leka directly but the players in which he was around at the time i was at the siege and i can honestly say i did not see leka be toxic directly to facilee (pull up with a ss if im wrong about this) and i know leka has been making efforts to be a nicer person as hes been very nice to me in the past. however i think that leka should take some accountability as he should have seen the name of the sword and not fought with it at all but i do not belive that leka should be punished this severly for something that 1 happened on a different server and 2 he was not DIRECTLY involved in.

+1 leka is almost never toxic when im around him in vc or playing the game with him. I do think some of his actions could have been easily avoided but he was not directly involved in the "joke". He was given a sword that was named something that def should not be named and should not be tolerated. I think the blame should be more put on the sword maker and not the user itself.

Facile I alredy talked to you and I hope this will be the last time I respond to you via forum posts. That is over a year old shortly later I deleted my discord due to being severely burnt out and facing “uncertainty” irl and distanced from everything. You know yourself there was a lot of “tension” between our “groups”,back then.
Everything has been better since I came back here to logon every now and then, motivated more than ever to just enjoy and do to others what I want to be done to me, the golden rule. But its obvious that the specific server and the people on it are not good to maintain a healthy mind and positive outlook, it is too much to handle.
As for the actual thing I got a permanent ban for, I never entertained the chat and barely even typed anything, only responding to some over the top homophobia that was being spewed allover the chat by another lokan who is unrelated to this case, as he did not get reported or punished.
I did not engage, nor participate in whatever was going on that day as things got pretty heated and I burn out quickly and become unmotivated to play after reading nothing but toxic and “skill gap” messages everywhere in chat, which I will say 2-3 years back was entertaining to read but now its just obnoxious.
Ive learned to move on and let things mend themselves, if they dont mend then simply just distancing, time and letting go fixes everything.
