Hello,
I was perm muted about six months ago for saying "you are an nword but not the racist one", at the time I thought it would just be a stupid joke and so said it without considering the impact it had on other people. I shouldn't have even alluded to such racist language as I could have risked a member of this server feeling ostracized - which is not something I ever wanted. For almost three years I have been an active member on this server, and personally feel as though I deserve the opportunity to be considered for an unmute; despite my mistakes. I will still play the server regardless - but trying to run a stall when mute was a life changing experience that helped me appreciate the ability to speak even more than this mute as a whole. Talking to other players is a huge facet of loka that I have come to miss.

Dj still has a strong sense of humor but has moved away from racially and culturally insensitive jokes to the best of my knowledge. Seeing him run a stall and communicate with other players through signs, discord dms, and various chat channels while complaining about how much of an inconvenience it is, would lead me to believe that he understands the consequences of his previous actions and will be further motivated to keep a positive presence on the server because of his current situation. +1
