New Double Messages on leaving PvP Server

Messages said in public chat during a round of VotA are resent to the participants when rejoining the main server.

Earlier today, at the end of a round, everyone did /p gg. This sent messages to everyone on the PvP server. We were then returned to the main server and the messages all showed up again, including a message that someone had said during late-mid game in public chat.

Was everybody that was on Loka at the time in the VotA? Which is to say, when you came back from your match, was there anyone else on Loka at the time or were you all in that vota? If nobody's on a server, messages queue themselves up, so they effectively 'ride' on players. If nobody was on Loka after the VotA ends, that would explain the message spam.

There was someone on when the vota started, but I'm not sure if they were still on at the end.
