Suggestion Dupe Bounty Program

I believe that through the Dupe Bounty Program that it doesn't provide enough incentive towards players who discover duplication bugs to report them instead of abusing them. From a practical standpoint, the current structure makes exploring the dupe far more rewarding than cooperating with staff.

The main issue is the value of the reward itself. A 25$ bounty does not feel meaningful when compared to what can be gained through even limited dupe abuse. On Loka specifically, 25$ worth of orbs is relatively insignificant (2 RI runs realistically) and can effectively be generated with next to none effort. This creates a situation where:

The reward does not meaningfully offset the potential profit from abusing a dupe.

Players are incentivized to exploit first rather than report immediately.

As a result, from a risk-versus-reward perspective, abusing the dupe is more the attractive option for 95% of player

Another concern is how the program handles multiple contributers. While it makes sense to prevent false claims, requiring contributers to split a single 25$ reward severly diminishes its effectiveness. For example if five players help identify or confirm a dupe, each player effectively receives 5$ worth of orbs. This discourages collaboration and may even lead players to withhold the information rather than share it.

However I can understand how this system may encourage secrecy or abuse to allow other players to latch on and say they had "contributed" when they hadn't

Additionally, the time and effort required to claim the bounty is a significant deterrent. Players MUST cooperate with staff on the staff's schedule (Which is really inconsistent) to reproduce and verify the dupe. This process can take considerable time and frustrates the player. When weighted against the reward most players might just instead see it as a headache instead, and that it isn't worth the effort required.

This placers nearly all of the burden on the player, while offering near minimal compensation for their time

While the intent of the program to rid Loka of duping and also show people the harm it actually does (by inflating the economy) is understandable, the current implementation does not aligh with align with the behaviour players may actually choose. In actual practice player may choose not to report dupes at all, viewing the process as more of a hassle/unworthy than a benefit

Without stronger incentives, the program may failt to actually catch dupes before they are found and abused by player, allowing longer time staff may have to spend on it and allowing greater long-term economic damage to the server.

Overall, I believe the Dupe Bounty Program would benefit from re-evaluating it's reward value, how group contributions are handled, and the effort required to report. Aligning player incentives with the health of the server is crucial, and in its current form, the program does not accomplish that goal.

I think the incentive of 3k orbs and the risk of getting permabanned is more than enough to get people to report dupes

I think the some players just straight up won't report it at a point then
