I recently joined a new town and wanted to fly around and explore it but was baffled when I figured out I was unable to because of a policy. After discussion with many other lokans, we have all agreed that the policy should be changed to allow people to fly in their own towns and keep it disabled every where else on the continent. Not being able to fly around your own town is a major inconvenience and limits Minecraft players capabilities and creativity.
