Hello Loka, I'm here to formally apologize for my actions and my response afterwards. On 7/18/23 I was permanently banned for helping Splinian and Perry for helping them ban evade.
After I was banned I wrote an appeal where I denied knowing or helping them ban evade. The truth of the matter is I knew it was Splinian and Perry and I didn't report it. At the time of situation when I had firstly invited Scxtterbrain (Splinian) into my town I genuinely did not know it was him and I mark this on everything, it was until later than where I discovered it was him and I messaged Splinian on discord asking him if it was him or not and he admitted to me it was. Splinian essentially asked me to not reveal him and as everyone knows me and him had been close for multiple years at that point so in spite of the consequences I listened because I didn't want to "turn" on my friend. It was a huge mistake on my part and I should have known better then to enable not only Splinian to evade but also allow him to invite his friend Perry on an alternate account knowing he was going to be evading as well. Regardless of the reasoning behind my actions I still enabled them to evade and I sincerely apologize for it and for lying in my previous appeal.
Apology To Bat
I would like to also formally apologize to Bat for not only lying in my appeal but attacking him in DMs after the matter. Your statement about me denying knowing it was them was to cover myself was true. I'm sorry for wasting your time and insulting you in private messages knowing I was guilty the entire time. I hope you can forgive me for the things I said and did.
If the question is what has changed, it's been 7-8 months of me being banned and although I still communicate with Splinian, Iv spoken with him months ago that this is to never happen again and that if I'm ever put into a position like that again I will report him immediately regardless of what he thinks of me after. Whether my word can be trusted or not I do hope I can be given the opportunity again to prove myself and I can swear that regardless of the situation I will never enable anyone again to ban evade.
