So yesterday I was permanently banned for “Assisting a ban evasion” for having banned players in my town. I want to make it clear I didn’t help anyone do anything ever. I’m a recruit town and always have been I had no knowledge of ScxtterBrain and Chopar being alts.
These screen shots I’m providing show the day "Scxtterbrain" joined my town and us inviting other people as well. That day I recruited just about anyone who didn't have a town because I needed people for fights and this isn’t the first time I’ve recruited from Nomads Tablist. Everyone who knows me can tell you that I've always been a recruit town and staff themselves can check previous logs from my other owned towns or I can provide more screenshots if necessary. Recruiting mass players is what I do and someone being an alt doesn’t cross my mind considering current staff and their abilities that are making sure banned players remain off the server not mine.
I didn't know who that was until I saw that I was banned and asked around what happened and realized the player who alted in my town was Splinian and was shown his recent Video by Terenoca. The day they were officially banned we were in c train and they got banned for using macros which I thought explained how well they performed in fights even though they had low eldritch stats. I didn't know if they were an alt and or cheating because their account had joined loka in 2020 or 2021.
They mentioned being an old player and I didn’t think too much of it since they had joined loka even since before me according to /seen.
I have also been made aware that Chopar was an alt. This following screenshot is proof that I wasn’t the one who invited them to loka. Scxtterbrain offered to invite his friend and I agreed because I needed recruits. (Again I’m a recruit town) I still don't know who Chopar was an alt of yet.
The following screenshot will show a previous issue when Splinian joined my old town Antiaris (about a year or so ago) on an alt and when I suspected them being splinain I did indeed report it to Bat. If I suspect or think splinian is alting I will always report it. As much as everyone thinks we are "close" friends we aren’t. At the end of the day we are only online friends and I don’t agree with the things he does or says which is why I have cut majority of my ties with them. And Yes before everyone brings up the fact that I did +1 his appeal a while back there's a difference between thinking a kid deserves a chance at playing a server and agreeing on what he's doing and supporting it. And I do not support him or will ever help him do the things he does.
These other screenshots are showing the alt discord accounts Scxtterbrain and Chopar used to join our discord server. The other screen shot shows everyone who joined our discord server those 2-3 days and as you can see we recruited multiple people to our town because again we needed people for conquest. We grabbed just about anyone who needed a town or could play. We didn't intentionally help anyone ban evade and if I had known these players where alts I would have reported them myself like I did a year ago. Scxtterbrain did join our conquest vcs multiple times throughout his evasion but they never unmuted or screen shared like before so I had no idea of telling who they really were. (Their discord account was 2-3 years old) so it didn’t raise any flags for me. Like Stated before, if we would have figured out they were ban evading we would have reported them ourselves and removed them.
