I'm not talking about fall damage killing you, you just die. It doesn't say that you fell, it just says "<name> died." This occurs regardless of whether or not you're still in mid-air (I jump down this 128 block ladder, die halfway up the ladder without hitting anything). If you land in water, you still die (jumping into a river off my town's roof, died in 6 block deep water). Any clue whats going on?
