You had only recently been unbanned for xraying for a huge number of diamonds. You were friends and fellow subowners with these people so we find it hard to believe you did not know the source of these duped items. This combined with the fact that you have previous for breaking rules to obtain more resources means it is hard for us to believe your telling of events.
Regardless of this though we cannot lift your ban due to your brother also being banned. If one sibling is banned they both must be as we have no way of knowing if they are using the other's account to access the server. Because of this we are rejecting the appeal.
