Which rank you are applying for: Sentry
What you think is expected of this rank: As a Sentry, I am expected to put aside my personal feelings to be able to enforce server rules to all players of the community. Sentries should be the most unbiased, toxic-free, individuals as they are the ones that represent the server, and should be able to display a good level of maturity when it's needed. Last but definitely not least, Sentries should have a very good, if not perfect, understanding of the server rules to be able to punish players accordingly.
Why you think you should become this rank: I feel like I can be of great help when it comes to keeping the chat clean, as I have much experience in moderating on other servers. With our recent increase of players, there have been a majority that speak Spanish. If I am to become Sentry, then we could take steps towards a new chat, one that is specifically for the Spanish speaking community of Loka, as I am a spanish speaker myself. Aside from that, I have a very good understanding of the server rules from my 3, almost 4, years of playtime.

How often do you play (hours a day/week): 2-4 hours a day
 
Would be a great addition to the team and it would definitely be helpful to have a Spanish-speaking staff member. He's been on the server for a long time and understands the rules. I would trust him to perform the duties of a Sentry well +1
 
As much as Loka needs new Sentries and other people willing to help out the server, I don't think you would be a good fit for the role. Although you come with a good skillset for moderating the Spanish chat that you suggested, I don't think you will be able to be non-toxic as a Sentry, and as you said "Sentries should be the most unbiased, toxic-free individuals." I also don't think that you interact with the community enough to be a Sentry. An important part of being Sentry is also moderating the Discord, which I haven't seen you particularly active in. In general -1 from me. Although your ability to speak Spanish and willingness to help out certainly entices me and probably many others, I personally don't think that you will fit the role as a whole.

This man is knowledgable and cares about the server. He always is helping with Spanish speakers in the chat and is currently an asset to the Loka community.

Alright well to this I respond- what level of toxicity are you to argue,- because at some stage every active conquest player will call the occasional enemy "trash" is that what you value as toxicity that doesn't suit sentry? If so all sentries need to be builders and solo players, and I disagree with that as there needs to be all types of players to represent all types of players, which goes on to him being spanish which is a variety which is needed, he has a good level of maturity and professionalism and he knows what he is doing, him calling the occasional enemy in conquest garbage as a joke shouldn't be a reason to deny him, unless you have some further level of actual toxicity to bring up this response is completely invalid

+1 Mature, Professional, a strong spanish speaking representative and overall a nice guy
