Say there was a fisherman NPC that would give you certain fishing quests weekly which would increase your luck of finding rare fish/items by like a max of 5-10%. after 5 or so quests you would be done for the week but that would slowly decay over time and you would have to keep ur multiplier up like in Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2
