from what i see it happens when ur crouching and potting please fix half my conquest deaths nowadays are because of this
 
are you sure it isnt ur game. I havent heard about it or seen any clips of this from my friendgroup and i havent expierenced it myself

For some reason the bug only works when you're crouching and trying to pot in the opponent's hitbox, if you watch ur medal clip they only don't work when you're aiming at hulgas, but in the youtube clip it's different idk how it works but definitely a bug.
 
also happens to me multiple times a day and "only works when you're crouching and trying to pot in the opponent's hitbox" is false, it happens to me when im away from my enemy and not crouching too.. (im 70ms btw)

I double pot and both go out of my hotbar but don't actually throw then later come back into my hotbar

when i double pot at the start one of the pots go out of my hotbar, doesnt throw, then comes back

i right click the pot in my 3rd slot, it goes out of my hotbar, then comes back then i die

i double pot the 3rd and 5th slot at the start and both go out of my hotbar but dont actually throw then come back into my hotbar

2nd pot just ghosts and comes back in my hotbar

pot, ghosts, comes back in hotbar, Dead

yeah i realised that its weird idk
 
The bug of crouching and throwing any projectile, while inside of another Player should now be fixed pending restarts. Other examples of failed pots may be other things. This code wasn't on the Duels server so i cannot entirely answer what is happening there, or whether it's even Loka-specific.
 
I've had my pearls just go back into my hotbar a few times in fights lately. Kind of like the pots described above for the non-sneaking/hitbox scenario.
