So most of you have probably seen the real time chats that are on some forums. I know it's probably better to just skype or chat on MC but sometimes I feel like chatting with someone on the forums and I don't have real access to the mentioned communication methods.
I've heard that you can embed this real time chats to your forums. Here's some quick info found on it:

I guess the basic con would be that it would lag the forums up a bit :/
