I decided to change my picture since I have a new skin texture, and when I went to try and change it, I wasn't allowed to... Please fix

try chanting the file format? JPEG to PNG? or stuff....

Idk how to do that, I'm using my phone... It has always worked.. But now, it's no longer working for me.

Exactly what bul said. The forum is telling you that the file you're trying to upload isn't a supported image. If you can't rename the file on your phone, you'll have to change your avatar on your computer before uploading it.
