What you think is expected of this rank:
Guardian is the final step in becoming apart of Loka's Administration as a player (before Elder of course) and is a highly regarded and respected position. Guardians should be capable of catching hackers, griefers, town betrayers, alters, and rule breakers, as well as still moderating chat as a Sentry would. A Guardian needs to be capable of solving a wide variety of issues and problems that players may have, including the ones listed above. It is also crucial for Guardians to conduct themselves well to the player-base and set an example for everybody on the server. Guardians should also be personable, friendly, and active members of the server who anyone can approach about a problem. Guardians need to also be unbiased and able to work well with the other staff, as well as the player-base. Their utmost concern should always be the player-base and wellness of the server, and they should not hesitate to act on situations that regard themselves, their town, and their close friends.
Why you think you should become this rank:
I believe that I should become Guardian because over the past year or so of coming back to Loka I have continually proved my dedication to the server and it's players. I feel that I am ready to begin administering the server to an even larger degree than Sentry and think that the position of Guardian will suit me in doing so. I will do my best to catch anyone breaking the rules and ensure that the server stays to the degree of quality that it has been held to in the past. I am confident that I will continue to do well in the positions that I hold and will ensure I do the best that I can as a Guardian as well. A big part of Guardian is also trust from both the Elders and the community, as Guardians need to not abuse their power. Although I haven't been Sentry for ages, and am quite young, I think that I am ready to take on the position. Overall, I think that I am ready to take on the position and hope to do my best in it if promoted. Thanks to all for reading this and supporting me in my endeavors, and have a nice day <3!

Grant is a great friend to me irl. He is a very responsible person and will do his best to fulfill what this position details. He is very active in the community and has grown in maturity over the years he has played. He is on often and works toward Sylvis without tiring in his efforts and will do the same here. Please make him guardian as he for sure deserves this. +1

+1 Foxy has evolved over the years from a young garaman loud lokan to a Lokan that actively participates in the community. He took the time and effort to talk to the rest of the community about their opinions on the server's current status.

Although I think you would make a great guardian in the future, I don't think you meet the maturity standard the current and past guardians have set. I personally can't see you having the same responsibilities as someone like Skuhoo, Pear, Jib, Sparky, etc. It's only been a little over 4 months since you applied for sentry, I would give it a few more. For now, -1

I cant think of 1 person who works harder to achieve their goals than FoxyBearGames. He's a great help to the community, hes friendly, great to be around and an overall hardworker. Massive +1. I think he'd contribute a lot to Loka and be a voice for the people.

The reason I'd be willing to give a +1 to my main man foxybeargsmes for this is because the fella is a really really really hard worker from what I've seen. I can't say I've ever had a negative experience over the years I've known the guy and in terms of what he has done as a LCR I know he can really make an impact.

All this being said my bias is really that I'm not really active in the community and my interactions from the last year is limited to forums/discord e.g. just discussing Loka and how certain things could be improved/implemented.

I don't consider maturity a issue because he hasn't shown any noteable levels of immaturity around me. However, you did only become sentry a couple weeks ago but I'm optimistic about how much of a roadblock that is.

-1 No offense you're a great dude but I don't think you're either old enough or have been sentry long enough to deserve guardian, what you've been doing is fine but just keep doing what you're doing right now for a bit longer and you will be a good guardian.

Bobby referred to what my first interaction with Foxy was; he told me my sword name wouldn't be allowed because it was called the Hebrew Hammer. With Hebrew being a language and not a race, I kept it, and Foxy had a learning opportunity.

The moral of the story is that Foxy and I got off on the wrong foot. After talking to him a bit, it is evident that he is a great guy. Foxy cares about the server a ton. He also has the best interests of the server at heart and wants to see improvements happen. He does a great job of making sure he gets everyone's opinions from either side of the alliances and tries to be unbiased. He is also highly active within the Loka community with his LCR and abundance of Memes. The memes need a little work, but in regards to the LCR aspect, he is excelling. I believe that Foxy can and will be a fantastic Guardian, whether that is now or later.

An argument against Foxy being a Guardian is that he is young. I believe that there are people in this world that are mature beyond their years. Foxy would fall into this category. Foxy always carries himself in a very professional manner, and just because you are young doesn't mean you are incapable of performing the required task at hand.

I think Foxy does a great job currently and is already an asset for Loka. In short, why not make this guy a Guardian?

Same as on silents post, you know more than anyone that age doesn't define your capabilities. Your real argument should be he is new to the Sentry position, not age.
