I've gotten to know foxy very well over the past few months. While I do see the arguments about his relatively recent sentry application and age, I think he is more than mature enough for the role based on what he has done as a LCR and sentry in that short time, and I think he's more than capable of being a good Lokan guardian +1

+1 This man works so hard and is a great listener. In my opinion he has been one of the best LCR's and Sentries.

Although I think you would make a great guardian in the future, I don't think you meet the maturity standard the current and past guardians have set. I personally can't see you having the same responsibilities as someone like Skuhoo, Pear, Jib, Sparky, etc. It's only been a little over 4 months since you applied for sentry, I would give it a few more. For now, -1

Judging from his behaviours as an LCR, as a sentry, and in the dev team in the past, I have difficulty believing that he couldn't handle the job of a guardian because of his age. The time he spent as a sentry is a more relevant factor, but we could say the same for someone of 19 years old. Personally I think we should give more attention to how he acted as a sentry and how long he has been one over how old he is, because age shouldn't be taken into account when judging of someone's maturity as much as these other things.

Even if their time spent as a Sentry and their admin rank experience is quite short, I still think Foxy (and Silent in that case) are both capable of endorsing the responsibilities of a full admin rank, in my opinion. They are very active and always interested in learning more and expanding their skillset. I think they would make great guardians. +1

We don't know each other, and I've already explained my stance on age and new to sentry in my response to Silents I don't plan on starting this again.

Like I said in Silents post, this is all based on the ability of the player not based on the ability to age with competency, can they do it? Can Foxy do it? Yes.

However, when you look at it, Foxy has been very active, reliable and has proven to be an excellent lead amongst this community. Although he has my +1, do you think it might be a little too soon granted he was just sentry?

I think that if you wanted to have staff for the game you would need to be able to fix the grinding for a lot of the server that will be helpful for your appeal and the thing that might help you is for when you are in the lcr zoom call you are talking to them about the one thing about the server and then you will be able to get to a guardian but after you apply for guardian you will have to fix the instances for grinding with the staff
