I'm bored, going to make this cause im a forums warrior
I will be posting throughout the day what I eat to bulk up

Breakfast

Egg sandwich (cheese, ham, 3 egg-omelette) eggs, are 8g of protein each, 2 slices of cheese, 8g of protein each, slice of ham is 7g of protein
This sandwich is about 42g of protein countin' the slices of bread, about 400 calories

+ big cup of milk 400ml, each 200ml is 7.5g of protein so 15

Total in breakfast: 57g of protein / 528 calories in

Early workout today, usually go to the gym at 2-3pm but today I went at 11:40, very funny and goofy workout, power went out, and there was nobody in the gym, so it was just me and my gym bro messing around and hitting chest while at it, was supposed to hit back aswell but here in Paraguay its hot asf, it was 38 degrees Celsius so we jus dipped
drank a canned coke after wards so 130+ calories mostly from carbs

Lunch

2 Servings of breed beef steak which is around 650 calories and 53g of protein
+ 200g of rice so + 260 calories + 5g of protein

Total in Lunch : 1040 calories / 58g of protein
All day intake so far: 1568 calories / 115g of protein

I forgor to post my afternoon 'meal'

At the afternoon I dont really 'eat' anything, I make a protein shake,

Afternoon Protein Shake

1L milk
3 Bananas
150g oats
1 tsp peanut butter
2 Protein powder scoops
1 10g Creatine scoop
1 spoon o' sugar so its more tasty hehe

adds up to about

Total intake: 1340 / 120g of protein
All day intake so far: 2908 calories / 235g of protein

And as I'm typing this I'm eating my final meal of the day

Dinner

Chicken breast 8 oz which I believe is 220 grams or so
200g of rice again
1 fried egg
Total intake: 660 calories / 72g of protein
Final day intake: 3568 / 307g of protein

This was a surprisingly a pretty good day I usually eat no more than 3000 calories or 180-200g of protein so, god bless my grandma for cookin some of this 🙏
