-1 incredibly toxic and overall just not a nice person. In this case, I do not feel it matters what he originally did to get banned, because he has not matured at all since then and remains a toxic person who does nothing but be incredibly mean to people in this community. Also considering your most recent ban evasion was the 11th of February, I see no reason why you should be unbanned.

Edit: After some research, you have 4 banned alts, a completely different story from what you told in your appeal.

Having knowledge about someone ban evading and not reporting it? That is a perfectly valid reason, not a "stupid" one.

I personally think that knowing someone is alting and failing to report it has not been made punishable enough. There are many people who currently play who are actively helping other players alt and still to this day aren't being banned. So I'm going to -1 this because there needs to be an example set as to why this rule exists and that you cannot get away with it.
