all ticket admins are na and eu players have to wait a lot of time .if a problem is not solved, we are directed to the ticket admin and since the ticket admin is na, it takes a long time to solve our problems due to time differences

Almost no ticket admin issues are resolved immediately. I get that it sucks you cannot join Loka immediately but it is not realistic for there to be someone monitoring and resolving these kinds of issues 24/7. We value players' privacy and security so heavily limit who and what information high-level staff have access to.
