Glory is friends with FD there is no way he wouldnt warn glory if he was alting in his town or would even join it in the first place without glory knowing the risks. It is very obvious Glory knew about it and this ban is a long time coming.
Cheating in ranked for 2 seasons in a row and getting away with harassment in loka general for months made him think he is invincible from punishments, fortunately it turns out he isn't.

-1 very clear cut case of assisting, the alt joins the server picks a town asks if his friends town is a "good town to join" lol joins it and they larp in town chat and have mock conversations, 2 appeals in the 24 hour timeframe after the ban is 2 more than youd hope so i hope this will be the last one

Glory has played long enough to know the rules. I'd assume he knew that krylo and himself would get in trouble if they assisted in alting. What reason would they have to help FalseDamage try to get away with it? From what I understand, he wasn't banned, muted, didn't do anything that would have made any difference than if he played on his main. I don't see a situation where glory and krylo would say "yeah lets let this guy alt for no reason whatsoever knowing we'll get in trouble if he's caught."
I'd be glad to have my mind changed if there's any solid evidence but IMO banning someone permanently because they were friends sounds ridiculous to me.
He did know even if late into it and did not report it himself afaik. Unfortunately we do not have enough context because the people involved only selectively posted their dms to not expose what they were rly doing. "They gon" is future tense and if anything falsedamage is telling glory what to say to the admins.

It is not really a slight suspicion in my honest opinion. There have been countless alt assisting bans just like this one where players were banned because their friend was on an alt and they associated with that alt. The only somewhat irregular thing about this ban is the circumstances regarding the player who was on the alt, but the image attached above of the rules shows that it is completely irrelevant "Alt accounts are not allowed on Loka for any reason". I just find it extremely difficult to believe that:
1. This person would get on the alt account with the plan of joining his friends town and talking extensively with them without informing them beforehand
2. The players would invite and actively associate with a random account in a way they almost definitely wouldnt with any other random new player
This alt joins a town and goes "guys does any team want me" "guys is the six a good town" etc.
IMO what clearly has happened is these guys were messing around and assumed it would be far more unlikely for an alt to get caught since the person doing the alting was not actually banned at the time, and they found out otherwise. Even if we consider the very small likelihood all of this happened and these guys were genuinely oblivious that it was their friend on an alt account, this person has nobody to blame but himself for implicating his friends in this situation. The simple truth is that from the server perspective, this timeline of events and the player group the alt chose to associate with (and how the player group immediately embraced him) makes it seem highly likely that this was all coordinated between them, and bans have been regularly handed out for similar situations before. If anything, not keeping the ban in place here raises some serious questions about the particulars of the rule and why other players in similar situations have historically remained banned for what was basically the exact same offense. I just do not think this is a crazy ban whatsoever

FalseDamage says he may be getting banned at 3:12 pm. FalseDamage was banned at 3:15 PM for alting. At this point glory knows he was alting, which prompts him to say that hes going to get banned because now it looks like he knew at 3:16 PM.

Maybe the real issue here is the specifics of the rule itself then. I still don’t understand why this resulted in a permanent ban without any clear, hard evidence. At most, this feels like it should warrant a 30-day ban. If someone was actively helping with ban or mute evasion, or using an alt to gain some kind of unfair advantage, then a harsher punishment would make a lot more sense.
I’m assuming admins and owners have the ability to review chat logs (town chat, alliance chat, private messages, and anything else relevant) to see whether there’s actual proof that they knew the account was an alt. If nothing in those logs (or anywhere else) shows that knowledge, then I don’t think there’s enough justification for a permanent ban.
If they did knowingly do it and somehow avoided leaving evidence, then yeah, that’s unfortunate. But this shouldn’t turn into a “guilty until proven innocent” situation. Otherwise, players who may have had nothing to do with it at all end up being punished based on assumptions rather than facts.

Sure if Glory's timezone is the same as the server that makes sense to a degree although I personally would have messaged staff immediately. Again as stated we have literally no idea of any conversations about this before as the people involved conveniently only provided the most staged messages of all time and literally everything else points towards collusion or at least severe incompetence. Unless staff just made it up and randomly punished 2 owners out of many I'd assume they have something.

Why would he message staff if he only found out 3 minutes before my ban? Seems pointless to message staff while they are already screen sharing me and about to ban me.
Presumably to avoid this very situation.

That is something that can be discussed if so, but my overarching point is that the overreaction regarding this ban where its been made to seem like some crazy irregular occurrence is just objectively incorrect. What would be a strange irregular occurrence is lifting the ban when so many players previously have been banned under very similar circumstances and forced to wait out the ban. It would be bizarre to twist the historical norm in this case because the rules make it clear alting is disallowed PERIOD, what the person does on their alt does not matter and the rule makes it extremely clear that alting when you already play the server on your main account is a bannable offense, and that anybody who assists you knowingly is banned alongside you.
Its not IMO. There is a historical precedent for these bans that has gotten many players banned under nearly these exact circumstances. You cannot deny how incredibly guilty the player looks from a pure unfiltered server POV: his friend is on an alt, the alt coincidentally asks around to join the town, he invites the alt, he interacts with it constantly, they duel etc.
I see no reason why the ban should be lifted here when it has not been lifted countless times before. I do not think there is any need to bend the rules and the historical precedent for any one specific player. If staff wish to change the rule or clarify it later on then they should do so, but it would simply be unfair to do it now IMO unless they are willing to go back and look at every other alt assisting case and unban all of them as well.
