Peoples past toxicity within the Loka community is an entirely valid thing to take into account btw I'm sure you've done this before too.

Overall again idk if perma is the correct decision here but unless I'm missing something this was a friend of gllory, who joined the same town his main was already affiliated with, who collaborated with gllory on betraying half the town and who even told gllory what he was doing which gllory did not immediately report to try and avoid this very situation so -1.

i have seen gllory and know he has definetly done this, and hes very toxic

If you decided to read you would learn that conduct is taken into account in ban appeals. Maybe pick up a book. And saying someone is begging for attention is completely ironic for the same person who decided they wanted to cheat on a block game for validation.
