Hello Lokans,
I have come here today to appeal my recent ban, which was issued for “Assisting to Ban Evasion.” First, I would just like to begin by saying FalseDamaged made a very poor decision. He had absolutely no reason to use an alternate account, as he was not banned, locked, muted or restricted in any way. He says he did it for a “fresh start”. This will tie later into my case, so just keep this in mind.
I'm sure most of you are familiar with the story already, but for those who haven't, here is a quick rundown. A friend of mine, “FalseDamaged”, was found alting on an account named “Converso”. After he was eventually caught and banned, a day later both me, and my six cofounder Krylo were banned as well, due to the fact that staff believed we knew that Falsedamage was playing on this alt account, and that we assisted in his alt attempt.
If you wish to read more on Falsedamages point of view - here is a link to his attempt to appeal for me and Krylo and clear our names (GLLORY and Kaxoy Ban Appeal) but, since that was denied I am here to give my point of view on the whole situation.
DECEMBER 8TH 2025: On this day, I logged onto Loka late at night to just chill, walk around and enjoy the presence of being in such a wonderful town and environment such as The Six. The month of December was a big month for The Six, as we had recently been turned down from the alliance of ForrestNA due to not being able to warp enough members. Out of pride, and wanting to make a name for our town, we used this denial as energy and motivation to turn The Six into a powerhouse, with thoughts of warping 20+ (all screenshots will be at end, numbers next to the text correlate with what number screenshot they are [1] ). To reach this goal, we would constantly add anyone that wanted to join, whether it be random nomads, old enemies, or even our own alliance members from other towns. The sole purpose of The Six this month was to have the highest possible active count and warp as many as we could because we wanted to prove ForrestNA wrong. Because of this, later into the night of December 8th, while I was chatting with my good friend Kaxoy, I saw a message in alliance chat from “converseallstar” [2]. Basically, this message states that he wishes to have a town that can give him a room, treat him better, show him the ropes, and that has more active players. I ended up inviting him and over the next couple of days, he would seem to me like a normal recruit that wanted to try and learn the game.
Converseallstar would constantly ask me questions on what to do, what this server offered, and how he wanted to learn more about Loka, as it really interested him. [3]. From December 8th, all the way until the ban, I would constantly give help to Converso, providing him with tips, grinding resources, and even giving him a room. Now I would just like to say, The Six is still in its construction phase, and I was still at college on a laptop, very limited in my minecraft capabilities. Because of this, we had no available rooms to give to Converso, and I ended up just letting him use a couple chests in my room. Krylo flamed me for this and said it was a stupid idea, which it was (our conversation can be found in loka private message logs). But, I figured that if the recruit did take anything of mine worth value, I could just report him for town betrayal and move on. Converso would become a very good recruit for The Six, he would grind, warp to most fights, and rarely ever ganked and wasted my potions.
DECEMBER 14th 2025:
Today, at around 3:00 pm EST, Falsedamaged messaged our Six group chat saying that he had unfortunate news, and he was about to be banned. As a result of this, everyone in the gc, including myself, was utterly confused as he hadn't logged on the game in the past 3 months. When it was revealed that he was Converso, I was outraged, as I knew that staff were going to think I was involved in his ban evading as me and Falsedamage are really good friends, and I was the one who helped him out, and invited him to the town [4]. As the day went on, I figured I'd be okay, as the ban reason was not as harsh, due to the things I mentioned in paragraph one. We all ridiculed and made fun of False for being such an idiot for literally alting for absolutely no reason at all, and the response he gave us was something along the lines that he wanted a fresh start, where NOBODY knew who he was, not even people close to him [5].
DECEMBER 15th 2025: The day after False was banned, I woke up to a million DMS and pings bombarding me with screenshots of Krylo and I’s ban. I was in complete awe, as in no way did I think that this would result in a PERMANENT ban. After all, his alt was doing no harm other than being him under a completely new identity. He wasn't cheating (he practically passed his screenshare), he wasn't banned, he wasn't locked, he wasn't muted, nothing. And on top of this, I had absolutely no clue that it was him on that account until it was revealed the day prior. Also, there have been cases where people who assisted actual banned players, rather it be cheaters or toxic players, received only a 30 day ban. So dishing out a perm ban for something much less harmless, not even mentioning the fact that I had no clue it was him, is outrageous.
DEBUNKS FROM PRIOR APPEAL:
[1] From forums user “Guppless” - “-1 saw glory dueling fd the minute he logged on for the first time”
This is true, like an hour after I invited him to the town, we did engage in PVP combat via a duel, but it's only because he asked who the best players on the server were and he wanted to test his skills, and constantly begged for someone in our town to duel him. [6]
[2] From forums user “Ohwater” - “in this youtube video you can see one of the players teaming with Converso ( FalseDamaged ), which I think is a bit sus like they knew eachother from before, idk though i just felt it was a bit sus.”
Ohwater refers to my Order 66 Video in which I killed a bunch of Spanish recruits in my town due to them using all my pots and not grinding. There are multiple instances of me telling other people how terrible these Spanish recruits were, even some in public chat. I was tired of them wasting my pots, and Converso constantly grinded for my town and did not waste my pots, which is why I asked for his help to assist in the massacre due to him being online.
CONCLUSION: In the end, I would just like to make it very clear that I had no idea of Falsedamage alting, and request that staff provide me with any evidence that shows I do. Conversallstar was just another recruit I picked up off the street, and I would have given the same treatment towards any other nomad. I hope the staff can read this appeal, and use their best judgement to fairly assess my appeal. Thank you for reading, and I hope everyone has a wonderful holiday season.
