Im here today to address the mute appeal that prompted me to make this request.

Permamute Reason : 50 /mails to other players advertising off-server trading

To summarize, heres what I want to say. A few of my friends told me they own shards and want to buy orbs with them. Since their English skills are limited, they asked me to reach out on their behalf. Since they re my friends, I didnt want to let them down. So, I posted messages in chat like “Selling shards msg.” But I still couldnt reach the right audience because Im in the game according to GMT+3, and the server is primarily made up of players from the NA region. I wanted to reach these people, but due to the time difference, they were active during the hours when I was asleep. To get around this, I came up with a good idea: sending mails to players. I thought that even with the time difference, I could reach them this way and communicate with them by sharing my Discord username. So I sent emails to over 40 town mayors because I figured if I reached the town mayors, they’d have players who could buy shards, and they could help me connect with those players. So, I made a mistake by sending emails to too many people, and this was perceived as spam—off-server advertising—which wasnt my intention. I couldn’t find a specific rule regarding this, but that doesnt change the fact that I was in the wrong.
At this point, I would like to apologize to everyone who was affected, to all town owners, and to the officials whose time I have taken up. If I had known from the start that this was prohibited, I would never have done it in the first place. Since I know I was in the wrong regarding my punishment, I decided to file this appeal 59 days later rather than on the very first day. I was wrong, and I fully accept that. That is why I am asking the server administrators for a second chance; I promise not to repeat this mistake and to continue playing the game respectfully and responsibly. I apologize to everyone in this community whom I have harmed or upset in the past.
(I’d like to make a quick note. Shards weren’t just sold for Orbs; some of my friends were also buying them with Discord Nitro, Hypixel Skyblock coins, and so on.)
(I am aware of Rule 9.2. This rule wasn’t in place when I was banned, but as I said before, the fact that I was in the wrong doesn’t change, and I admit my mistake.)
