Reason of Ban: Ban Evasion/Assisting Ban Evasion
One day I logged onto Loka, I didn't play Loka that much since I wasn't very good at diamond pot, but Loka was the only diamond pot server I liked to play, and to this day it's the only server I could enjoy playing diamond pot with the special feel of playing Loka. When I logged on my first thought was to go look through the town I was in, and to my surprise it was mostly abandoned with only the high role players still playing. I was with a couple friends in call, one that had previously been in my town but had been banned long ago in which he told me I could take the gear from his room since he cant play anymore, so thats what I did. After I took the gear I needed I left my current town, went to spawn, and then logged off.
Afterwards it was the next morning when I had logged back on and I was met with a ban screen stating "You have been banned for Assisting Ban Evasion". When I saw this I was confused and annoyed since I had no clue what I would've done in the time I was on, so instead of appealing the misunderstanding like I should have, I decided to try and ban evade through it as an easy out and just because I didn't want to go through all the trouble of trying to appeal it. I had tried logging on a couple times with separate accounts in which all were met with the same ban screen.
I deeply regret this now that I've been banned for just about a year now and haven't been able to play since. There was also a time I tried logging onto the server about a month after my ban to try and test my luck on ban evading again, it didn't work and I was met with the same ban screen. Since then I haven't tried logging on Loka and decided to create two appeals, my first appeal was denied, which I understand, I wouldn't have accepted myself either since at the time I most likely would've done the same exact thing if banned again. My second appeal was only about two and half months later in which I felt more in dept to my situation as well as a bigger understanding of why my first appeal was denied, and that I should rethink how I do things.
Since then I've learned a lot from this situation, and other situations I was in with other servers, and have improved myself. I do not ban evade on a single server and have only been playing by the servers set rules. Now that I'm fully looking back on this a whole year later, I was dumb and thought I could get away with anything like ban evading. And so I deeply apologize for my wrong doing with ban evading, as well as any trouble I could've caused by attempting to ban evading in the first place. I no longer carry this mindset that "I can just ban evade if I get banned" and instead I carry the mindset that my one account is all I have and to use it to play by the set boundaries of the rules.
If possible I would greatly appreciate another chance to return to the server. I understand trust can't just come from no where, but with my up most intent I can assure you that I will respect the servers rules, respect the staff that enforce them, and respect the players that abide by them, I will handle any future issues through the proper channels and go through it as any other player would.
