Name: GUI Scale/Screen Scale

Description: This mod separates vanilla GUI scale into two: menu scale and GUI scale. GUI scale is the scale player always see hot bars, chat etc. Menu scale is Inventory and escape button (or settings) section of the game.
Reason: Some players are using GUI scale 3 or 4 to take pots to inventory faster, but when the monitor of the player is small, the hot bars cover the screen and the screen does not look clear. I think It doesn't make any competitive advantage, It's just a convenience.
