Date of the Ban: 1/12/2026
Reason: Assisting in Ban Evasion
Situation explained:
Hello readers, first off I hope you're having a good day and I'd like to thank you for taking time to read this. I would like to continue by taking some time to explain why I was banned, on January 12, 2026 I was banned for 'Assisting in Ban Evasion.' At 4:50PM EST I was looking at the chat and saw a friend of mine, KingRoxx had logged on and got an achievement for two years of playing Loka, he had gained Opycs from it so I /msg'd him "GG"(See #1 File Below). Unknowingly I messaged a banned player named Autumnlol[Archived] on his account. I knew KingRoxx due to playing two crystal servers with him Nova Survival and Vanilla+. Autumnlol was on his account because he was banned for cheating, he has had history of punishments on Loka. My friend banks[bwnks] had reported Autumnlol on the account without letting me know, and prior to me messaging him GG(See #2-3 File Below). Along with banks, pipe[lucqa] let me know that Autumnlol was on KingRoxx's account(See #4 File Below). At 4:59PM EST I was banned for 'Assisting in Ban Evasion'(See #5 File Below).
Why I believe the the ban should be lifted:
Not only was I given no information about why I was banned, I had to go out on my own to figure out what account got me banned along with who was on the account. KingRoxx was a player that had played Loka before, aswell as a known player in the Crystal community. This makes it very unlikely for it to be an alt account, and it's an unrealistic expectation for a person to recognize it as an alt. Further more, all I had said was "GG" to KingRoxx, to reiterate KingRoxx and I have had history in the past by playing two servers with him. Having history with him all I saw was a friend logging on and didn't suspect it being an alt of an already banned player. If I were to be unbanned I will be more cautious in any scenario where I suspect it to be an alt or something fishy. Lastly I would like to thank you for reading my appeal and hope you have a good day.
