This has happened to a few people. I was under the impression that it could only happen when an admin teleported to you by today when I was sailing the only admin online said he didn't tp to me. What causes these deaths? Is there anything we can do to fix them?

Hitting the ground too hard while in a boat

I imagined this in a real life situation and I laughed heartily.
You hand craft a boat out of wood, then put it in water and sit in it. The boat is small enough you can sit in it and reach into the water on either side to paddle. You slowly paddle in this tiny wooden bowl, and when you get into shallow water and hit the bottom with your hand while paddling, you inexplicably drop dead.
