Hello Lokans
Over a year and 5 months ago i got banned for using an inappropriate skin and i would love to ask for forgiveness from the community, especially from Cryptite and Magpieman and apologize to them for wasting their time on my previous appeals and causing problems many times.
About my ban:
Back then i was 18 years old, the day i got banned one of my good friend Obrotowiec also got banned for doxxing Wypadek. After that i in anger decided to use that skin because i thought i need to take a break from the server and community since it was my last year of school back then i had a lot of exams that time and i wanted to Focus on school instead of Loka. My behavior was not the best, i was very childish and didn't think about the consequences because i knew that i need to cut myself off the community for a while. Today as 20 years old person i can confidently say that i have grew up and I am not proud of things i have done. I want to apologize for anyone who felt hurt by this situation.
Over time has passed i have realized that if I needed to take a break, I should just log off instead of violating server rules. I would like to get a chance to prove to the Staff that i will stick to the rules and never gonna act childish like year and 5 months ago.
About Deszczowka Alliance and the ban wave:
Last time i tried to appeal is May 31 2024. My appeal got denied because I was the part of the Deszczowka Alliance discord server. Starting from the beggining, In March one of my friends i've met on Loka known as ArcherSquid decided to make an Alliance discord with homophobic and racist remarks. When i joined the discord it was full of n-word in roles and channels names, he gave me an Admin role so i could have access to leadership channels etc.I didn't thought about reporting this to Staff since I was actually banned and i had no idea if Cryptite or Magpieman would like to read my report as a banned player and i know that is not an explanation of all this, I haven't even talked to Archer about changing that discord into normal one with normal roles and channels. I truly regret everything that happened that month, I know I could have reacted to it however, but i cannot change the past. I would like to apologize for that.
About alting and Oblivion ban wave:
At the time my appeal got denied i was at Jachowski house due to his birthday party. I finished school and passed exams so i had long summer break back then. Since it was my last summer that i could spend time with friends irl or on Loka i got an idea to alt when i get back to home so I could enjoy playing minecraft with my friends like we could in 2022-2023. There is no deeper reason why I have decided to alt to be honest, we all just wanted to have fun. I didn't think the consequences would affect every person in my town, I thought that only alting ppl (most of you know i wasnt the only one person alting that time in Oblivion.) would be punished, but again, I was wrong and i want to apologize to everyone from Oblivion who was punished (there was several of people that was punished without any idea about my actions). After that time I realized that we had an unfair advantage over others, which we used during the conquest so I would like to apologize to everyone I have killed on any of my alt accounts. I could say i was alting at both accounts at the same time since zamosc got flagged by suspicious activity after a week i guess, I opened ticket on discord and I lied to Magpieman that i didnt use VPN, he believed me and unflagged my account so i could join Loka again. The next day zamosc got flagged again, but this time Magpieman didnt believe me so I decided to change account to SLAYjulcia, but on this one i was playing on internet from hotspot so i wouldn't get flagged again as suspicious and i was able to play a little longer. I am truly sorry for this idea, I have caused a lot of problems with lying to staff, having unfair advantage at conquest and killing people in ranked duels and I would like to ask for forgiveness one more time.
My short story on Loka:
I have joined Loka in 2022, RETOOOOOO asked me if I would like to join and see if I like it. I was an active player and I have realized that Loka is really fun server and good to spend time with friends. I've met a lot of people from different countries, with some of them i still have pleasure to talk sometimes. In early 2023 most of Polish people including me moved from Sagandr to Liberty City which was owned by my good friend Lxthi and later in May we created our own town named Galaxia. Lxthi helped me to learn how Loka worked, taught me a lot of things and I'm grateful that I have joined Loka and met him. During the time I have spent on server I had the pleasure to invite a bunch of new Polish players and show them how Loka works and tried my best to find it cool by them. I would like to get another chance to play Loka with my friends, even if I don't have as much time as 2 years ago because of work, but still it would be a pleasure to have an option to spend 2 hours per day with my friends on Loka building new town or ganking others.
Final Apology:
I know that i have done a lot of mistakes and bad things on Loka, I want to apologize to anyone who felt bad because of my actions. Every single one of them was fully justified. As a mature person, I can see the difference between me almost 2 years ago and me now. Although I can't change the past I believe that I can ask community and staff for the forgiveness and I hope my ban can be reduced.
