Adzy_ or ImNotAdzy has been around for quite some time now and is quite a swell guy. With plenty of positive contributions to the server, and his loyalty to it [being extremely active both on Loka and on Discord], I believe it's about time he be deemed a slicer.

There's not, but you can always make nominations, regardless of when the next promo day is...at least to my understanding.

That being said, most nominations/applications are made within a week of when promos are announced.

To be fair, an abundance/build-up of nominations will also generally push up the date of Promos. We generally do it as a result of demand, more than schedule.
