Suggestion Industry upgrades

I was wondering if we could get a way to buff up our industries. Obviously you can upgrade industry by getting tiles and Conquest Points. But I was thinking about if you were less fortunate and your not in an alliance or whatever to acquire a large amount of CP.

I thought a cool concept would be each industry having 3 levels. And each level means you produce more or better items from that industry.

But this should be hard to achieve.

So for example, to level up a barn you can spend 64 haybales. And to get this to level 3 you could spend 1728 haybales.

This could make towns grind and work together and make industries even better.
Please state your opinions on this.

i think more than 3 levels, why not have 100 levels like town levels and its directly linked to the town levels associated with the industry? Each level gives a certain percentage buff to the industry, so at level 40 pve, you get 40% extra industries, and at level 100 pve, you get double drops in industries. This also stacks with the industry buffs that are included with town npc and tiles.
