I think with the new spears we should be able to spear around without wasting food, I feel like this would be amazing to add so people can quickly go around spawn with spear and not have to use steak every 2/3 spears.

this is enough, otherwise you can just use an elytra because you maximum need like 2 rockets to fly the whole of aladra

Indeed like with infinite elytra rockets at spawn, we are choosing to reserve this for Subscribers to give it some more value (which a handful of its perks need fixing anyway)
