- Just because he said he wasn't try harding is not enough to say he was win trading, he said he would play normal? Does not trying your absolute best mean you are now win trading? Additionally, Mxthi saying this is just him setting up for an excuse to anticipate a loss.
- "I made it really credible" there's not enough context for this alone to be enough to ban someone? Jail is obviously under the impression that Mxthi was playing a normal ranked match (he was there are literally no signs of him throwing in the match). Thus he has no reason to report Mxthi for win trading, even him saying that could just be taken as cope and disregarded on jails part. ALSO jail already had a report on mxthi for win trading so why should he have to report him again?
- This is a lazy ban and could easily set up future problems with people doing this same stunt to get people banned.

There is nowhere near enough evidence to conclude that jail was aware that Mxthi was win trading him (IF HE EVEN WAS). Misrebal ban, free him up

Bro what that’s his name in one of the servers I’m in with him either way I got rid of it cuz nicknames can be edited so idk if he did it just funny how he starts -1ing my post after his friends get banned
 
Why do you delete it, in your own screenshots you have said the n word nearly 5 times probably and without counting the dms with mxthi/velyi/waltersillo, don't make me pull out more screenshots.

About the screenshot that you sent about me, tbh i don't even have perms in that discord so i don't know if it was other person who put that name on me.

Of all the screenshots you posted, you excluded the one that is the most important:

  • This day (Feb 1st), you had played 0 matches whatsoever.
  • The only match you played this entire day was against Mxthi, as coordinated in the above screenshot. We have had staff review the replay of the match and they raised some doubts about Mxthi's actions/playstyle during that match.
  • The conversation in this screenshot shows an intent to fix a match so that BDINAL could not reach #1. This is spot on with our Win Trading rule:
    "11.2. Fixing the result of a ranked arena match, or intentionally losing."

  • To clarify what happened and when:
    • After Mxthi said "me2 there", this was when both players were queued.
    • The match then was played, you defeated Mxthi.
    • The moment the match was finished was when you said "Ur the goat, holy shit" (unlikely thing to say had Mxthi won the match and defeated you).
    • Mxthi then proclaims "i made it really credible".
    • This should have immediately raised alarms that Mxthi wasn't playing for a win, and this constitutes win trading. You should have reported this, as many other players have when they feared a player was throwing a match on purpose maliciously.
By all accounts this obviously indicates coordination and an attempt to fix a match which as was said, is win trading. The fact that you included many screenshots, including parts of this screenshot but not this actual exchange is far too coincidental to be considered accidental.

Asking players to queue is not Win trading, but coordinating with one that has no intention to win is.
