Which rank you are applying for: Guardian

What you think is expected of this rank: I think that guardian's should be trusted & respected members of the community. They should also have the staff's trust to do the responsibilites of the role correctly and show no bias when it comes to dealing with reports, tickets and issues in general. I also believe that guardians should be capable of working together in order to resolve problems successfully and for the benefit of the playerbase.

What duties do you think you would be proficient in: I have previous experience in screensharing and would love to learn more about it and am always looking to learn new skills both for my own experience and to help serve the community better. I would like to be a guardian to look into these opportunities and learn further as i feel as though i'm ready to look into deeper more complex issues.

Why you think you should become this rank: I believe during my time as a sentry I have proved that I am capable of staffing the server responsibily and without bias. I enjoy working within in a team and communicating with others to get another opinion or advice in situations. I also think that this rank can allow me to move into a more challenging role and allow me to deal with more complex issues which naturally I prefer to investigate and deal with from previous experience.

in the past it used to take a lot of time to become an guardian but now even new sentries are expecting a promotion before 2 or 3 months have passed i think this is wrong its unfair to the old guardians i dont think they can accomplish in 2 or 3 months what the old guards worked so hard to achieve so you need more time yhis applies to everyone whos recently been promoted -1 needs more time
