By your ridiculously limited definition leaking someones facebook (which includes their full name and usually where they live) would not be doxxing because that person would have made that account by themselves. Jepen leaked Cllias face with malicious intent without their consent which is doxxing by definition. He also falsely called them a disgusting criminal at the same time (which as stated before is literally illegal in many countries for good reason).
