Jqicy Unban Appeal

+1, I dont think there even was any sus clips on Jqicy in the 1st place, he logged on in 1 out of 3 wars so I personally believe that they asked him to screenshare out of the blue because he got mass reported by HL for some reason, as supremeace ended up being a cheater, they used the herd mentality and said oh wow everyone else in there also is one
as For jqicy ""cheating"", I dont think so, he always streamed in public discords and he was never seen using cheats

Hes a great guy, and I dont believe a permaban is fair, although refusing to Anydesk is an offense, 3-5 months should be enough along with a "Last chance" warning of some sort

1st what r u even saying 2nd I was only asked for AnyDesk not any other variant

Damn thats a lot of quotes

This excuse has been used throughtout YEARS to "avoid" screenshares, if any members of the moderation team were to do any harm to your computer they would be demoted, its simply a matter of morality. Screensharers utilize tools such as Process hacker, system inf, everything and other tools that will specifically find if you are cheating or not, they do not in any way whatsoever compromise your computer, most of these programs dont require any setup and are fully portable. If you do not, for whatever reason that maybe, use anydesk, you could have asked for an alternative that works in a similar manner, not discord, where you are just sharing your screen as in the sense of "live-streaming it". A few of these alternatives could have been RemotePC, Teamviewer etc.

Most of the time the only things needed to look for cheats are client strings and logs to make sure you havent removed anything before the screenshare. There is no reason to evade a screenshare. If you didnt want to be subjected to one, you shouldnt have gaven yourself a reason to.

Winter I think you do not realize that I indeed asked the Staff member to SS in any other way which he denied. Also you are talking allot negative about me even though you don't play Loka at all. Could it be that you're against me because your still mad over Earhtpol xD if that is so please grow up.

Also I will not lie to my parents over a minecraft server?

It is true I mostly dont play loka but I have played many other servers before and have screenshared people, so I am more than knowledgeful about this topic compared to you, as for the last part. Tell me if im the mad one, whos the one bringing it up?

Considering that you know way more about it you actually proove my point. I don't know anything about AnyDesk which is one of the main reasons that makes me uncomfterble to SS on it. And the fact that I share this PC with my family and we have private stuff on this device?

they have a website you can visit for information you know. And again, theres nothing interesting to the moderators in your computer

and you say you could explain to your parents that a stranger looked through the family pc with important documents and probably pictures on it without them getting mad at you? If you can gg to you but i dont think i could and i also think the majority of the other people who share a pc with family members could not. And me personally i also wouldnt trust a random person from the internet to go even near my/my families important documents because 1 click and a screenshot could be enough to dox you or find even more sensative information.

you can also just like... stop the anydesk screenshare before they reach a sensible folder?. so again, unless you have pictures of you and your family on the minecraft folder there really is nothing to be worried about

I personally believe that they asked him to screenshare out of the blue because he got mass reported by HL
For what it's worth, it's very obvious when people are mass reported for the purpose of mass reporting someone. Making a report saying 'player Sus!' Isn't something which warrants a screenshare. We often request clips or compare players to our anticheat if they are reported too.

1. that doesnt answer the question with the parents.
2. If you dont know Anydesk good enough as Juicy probably does not, as his parents dont want him to install this kinds of programms then you probably dont understand how it works and i doubt that you will figure that out in 3 seconds in which the person could do documents-> sensitive document or pictures -> family pictures or whatever he wants.
3. he would lie to his parents and betray there trust.

again, you can just close the screenshare before they even reach documents, because there is no reason for them to even go to the documents folder, you dont just stand there watching them enter your family photos folder. Also, im trying my hardest to keep up with the "mu parents" act here but seriously its getting ridiculous. Windows has different users with different administrative perms, its not that complicated

I think it's just unfortunate that you're not allowed to download that type of programs in your computer, but if you put yourself in staff' situation they're not gonna excuse you just because of a YOU problem

It's also unfortunate that you got asked to screenshare in the first place, may that be for reports of you looking sus, or anticheat logs, staff had reason to believe there was a chance you were cheating in the first place before freezing you to screenshare

AnyDesk is an application which allows for remote access while 'screensharing' on discord is quite literally just sharing your screen.
There is an option called full acces u js gotta disable that and u can also record the entire SS so it doesnt matter u clearly know nothing about screensharing

they are not defending the person evading the screenshare, they are setting the difference on why anydesk cant be compared to discord
