Hello dear Loka staff and community,
My name is Jqicy (my current IGN is Sauerrkraut) I must admit I've gotten the exact date of my ban wrong a couple times in my last appeal so I will write an exact explanation on everything including date, reasoning aswell as further info in this appeal.
REASONING BEHIND MY BAN:
I was banned back on the 3rd of August 2023 for Hacking/Refusal to Screenshare. The reason for my ban is 100% true. I've stated multiple times that back when I got banned I was using Hitboxes aswell as FastUse on meteor client while playing Loka. I believe it is necesarry to admit to all the mistakes I've committed while playing Loka, which of all, Hacking was the biggest.
EXCUSES OF PREVIOUS APPEAL:
In my first appeal I tried to excuse my way out of the situation stating that I didn't want a Admin to screenshare me, out of fear that he looks into personal files on my PC also mentioning my parents possible concern knowing I would have a foreign person look into my PC's Data. These, as said before, were bad excuses I made up with a friend of mine to lie my way out of the situation and get unbanned. I want to apologize again for wasting Staff's time back in 2023 when I tried to lie my way out of the messy situation I got myself into.
I also want to apologize once again to the players I've killed and their time I wasted whilst having an unfair advantage over them due to my Hacks. I've only realised in the 1,5 years since my unban in which I've stayed clear of cheats that playing against cheaters isn't fun at all and truly frustrating.
CURRENT SITUATION:
I realise that alot of people don't like me for my behaviour online, whether it be me Hacking or just having bad memories of me in the past. I definetly have to admit that I used to be a very toxic person while gaming, I can't find a exact reason why but I said some stuff in the past which I regret alot.
I found alot of friends in my time playing Minecraft yet I've also made alot of people mad and perhaps made them feel bad after some idiotic stuff I said.
I once again want to apologize to anyone that I hurt or made feel uncomfortable, I didn't know the consequences of my actions.

In 5 months I can proudly say I've become a better person overall, not just online but in real life aswell. I haven't been able to play alot of minecraft recently but I want to get myself one last chance to connect back to some friends I made on Loka and have fun on the server in my freetime, promising to not fuck it up this time.
LOOKOUT:
At the end of the day it isn't my decision to get unbanned it, is the community and staff that decides, though it is my decision to change the way I act and not do stupid stuff anymore, which I have. If staff is still unsure about my behaviour I have no issue with staying muted or facing other disabilitys on the server for staff to make sure I don't act toxic in anyway.
