Dear People of Loka and staff,


I’m writing to appeal the ban on my account, _Julianooo_ which was permanently banned on 4/27/2025 for Harassment and I understand that my actions have violated the rules, and I want to say sorry to all of the people I caused trouble to or disputed them.


I now realized what kind of person i had turned to because of jealousy, Watching all my friends becoming better at minecraft pvp while i was still stuck on the same skill level after training for so long. also just hearing people talk rubbish about me and just making fun of my accent and the country i live in drove me crazy and i did something i would regret for the rest of my life. I started being toxic and racist to people until it was too late, i was permabanned before i could try changing how i treat or speak to people. I take full responsibility for my actions and want to assure you that it wasn’t my intention to break the rules or cause any issues and i understand if this takes a long time for you to check it out and decide whether to unban me or not.


I really enjoy being part of this community, and I would appreciate the opportunity to return and show that I can become a better overall person in general. If there’s anything further I can do or if there are any conditions for lifting the ban, please let me know.

+1 please unban him he just got raged baited so much and when he did the same thing back he got permbanned
 
-1 too soon. If you're a changed person, and have reflected on your actions and believe them to be wrong, surely you can't think a month is long enough punishment.
 
unfortunately I can attest to this, I was one of those people who used to make fun of him when he first started mic ing up. I truly think juliano is the most dynamic person I know, switching from nice to rude but the truth is if people are nice to him he will be nice back. As much as it's part his responsiblilitt to not fall for provocation it's also loka staffs responsibility to enforce that people dont harass him. "Teasing" especially on a low level will not get you banned or muted or warned so theirs nothing stopping juliano from being teased the entire time and then the moment he says something back he gets banned.

I wrote a literal thesis on how time and maturity are not linked. This is evident through people like xicz being banned for years and having like 20 appeals. Sometimes we just need a wakeup call, this is julianos. Based on extensive research in psychological development and personal experience with juliano a feww years back and moderately recently prior to ban I can assure that this is his wakeup call and he does deserve to be unbanned.

Furthermore I think loka staff should reevaluate the criteria for harassment because as much as julianonwss an offender he was also victim of harassment too that he likely feared would be deemed unpunishable so he didn't report it or he would be stigmatised for reporting something that was "just a joke bro"

+1 he's far too young to understand the consequences yet, but pretty sure these few months will be enough for him to realize that respect is important, punishments lead to redemption imo. I have faith in Juliano
