hello, good afternoon, my name is Juqnito and I want to appeal my mute.

A long time ago I was muted because of using offensive comments in the general chat... I also received an unfair ban by a person who impersonated my identity called beto; and that the reason why i also got unbanned.

I would like to appeal my mute because I think and consider that I am a person fully reintegrated into the service and I can be kind and above all respectful to the other players who are just looking to have a good time...

I want to make the game of each of the players more enjoyable and that we can enjoy in all ways.

I apologize if at any time I offended someone and they felt bad because of me, I am a new person and Juqnito speaks to you again.

+1 Juanito has been muted like almost 1 year and he really deserves an unmute. I also have to say that hes always there to help new people and its nice to the community, very liked person in spanish community!

Just like me, we were banned, and we are nice with our community, same as me he should be unmuted
 
+1 juanito has been muted for quite some time now and I think that enough time has passed + a clear change in character in juanito for him to be unbanned!
