I would like to point out that this all went through the appropriate steps:
- AKHISARLI brought to my attention that kaix was repeatedly doxxing him in their Discord.
- Magpieman dm'd kaix on Discord and warned him that he needed to stop or would be banned.
- Mere hours later, kaix began to again doxx AKHISARLI further, still calling out his name in the discord. As a result, we permabanned kaix.
- The next day, AKHISARLI seemed to immediately want kaix unbanned. In our view, this is evidence that the doxxer (kaix) was potentially further harassing AKHISARLI into getting an unban which is also suspect.
It's important that a lesson is learned here. If we were to just up and unban kaix just because AKHISARLI suddenly asked for it, kaix would have no reason not to continue to doxx because he received no punishment for it.
To clear things up, calling out somebody's real-life name is doxxing whether you admit it, agree with it, or not. We do not take doxxing or harassment lightly. If you bring it to our attention, we will intervene.
So if you are going to bring harassment to Magpieman/myself, understand that doing so will potentially wind up involving punishment.
kaix's screenshots with AKHISARLI are conveniently edited and do not represent the full picture. As well, his story of not receiving the warning or being unaware of any issues is also a flat lie.
The ban remains.
