I actually only just realised he was a Settler. Anyways, I may fight against him a lot, and his goddamn bow may annoy the crap out of me, but he's active, been playing a good awhile, and I've seen him help a new player or two, so I'd say he definitely deserves Slicer.

I think Kallious has contributed way more to the server than the average player and is definitely deserving of Slicer.
