I've only seen him be helpful and kind to people, I don't know him to be toxic, he's always happy, he's addicted to Loka, He's a poor lokan which builds a cool charachter (I can't relate), he helped me a lot with Imperial's tournament, he knows a fair share about Loka and he's bad at PvP. For these reasons, I think Terenoca deserves to be Slicer.
