What you think is expected of this position:

In regards to the position, community representatives need to have the interests of Loka and it's community as their top priority during their term. By extension, they should be willing to listen to and understand the voices of the community. In my eyes, effective Community Representatives should also be well-versed in a variety of Lokan areas. From Conquest, to PvE, lore, town progression/leadership, et al.

Why you think players should support you:

I'd like to think that I'm knowledgeable in nearly all the areas I listed in the previous question. Actively playing the server since December 2017, I've accrued a wealth of experience on Loka that I would love to use for the benefit of the community. That said, I'd specifically intend to bring Conquest/PvP-related feedback to the table during my term as a Community Rep. I'd also want to provide feedback regarding the Sentry role itself, with the goal of improving both moderation and moderation tools on behalf of the Sentry team. I would look forward to engaging in discussions the staff team and fellow representatives, and believe that I could provide some useful viewpoints and outlooks.

When you started playing on the server: March 2016, rejoining in December 2017

Category within Loka you'd like to represent: PvP and the Sentry team

Time zone: GMT/BST (London)

How often do you play: Soon I will be attending university, but aim to be online for between 3 and 6 hours a day.

yeah, as Koi said, that was taken out of context which is why he screenshotted it for the memes :P
 
-1 Kaph has been playing loka for quite a while, and i havent known him for very long but from what i have experienced he can be quite toxic and easy to get a reaction out of. He responds to peoples toxicity in public chat with arguements, also, didnt he refuse an ss a couple months back? I dont understand why he still has staff, if someone could explain that to me that would be great. All in all i dont think he is fit to represent the players and more importantly the staff of loka.

Thanks for the response. I've definitely heard similar things from other players, so I understand your viewpoint and you're not alone. I've been trying to work on how I respond to people, though regardless I'll focus on the application as that's what we're here to discuss. My intention behind applying for community representative was to use my experience in Conquest and in being a Sentry. Also, the incident with the screenshare was 1 year 2 months ago.

As I explained previously, that screenshot was taken out of context, and as Koi and I were friends he took it that way to poke fun at me. Also as you can see from the screenshot it was in the Noobville Discord were several people were engaging in an argument with Nova and I was trying to make a harmless joke. Thanks.

Even if it was two months ago, you still refused, and i dont get why you didnt lose permissions as a staff member on the spot. Why else would you refuse a screenshare

I'm actually of the African American race and I found your comment EXTREMELY toxic and harmful, honestly Idk why you're even filled with so much hate. Get your emotions in control first. Everything will be ok. Just keep smiling. That racist comment really hurt, it cut deep, I do NOT want this player representing the staff team of loka in anyway. Even if it was just a joke it was very insensitive. I'm speaking for many African American players, not just myself.

Loka is supposed to be a welcoming environment for all. As a trans woman of color, I think your "harmless" joke is very unprofessional and insensitive. Many members may be scared of being themselves due to this echo chamber you continue to support.

-1. Would have 2 say I agree with you pretty sure he did get banned for radar and as u said he is really easy 2 get a reaction out of.
