dnalol has recently been appealed with a tempban for 8 weeks
why is he getting unbanned even after he cheated many times, and i believe alted too? First,

he cheated in a tier test against caseload. like 2-2.5 years ago and got banned. he then got unbanned on loka, on "aur4v", and proceeded to cheat to #1 (blatantly, had like a 20-1 streak and got banned) which i believe was just a year later, i remember him even being surprised he got unbanned . and now only maybe a year later unbanned again.. why

To some extent I understand what your saying, but I honestly disagree due to the fact that this has happened over 2 years ago, along with his most recent ban also being over a year ago which gives a lot of time to think and change what you strive to become and your morals in life as an individual.

None of the evidence you have provided is on Loka. Contrary to what you might believe, his re-banning 2 years ago was not due to cheating. If you have proof of him cheating on Loka itself, that evidence can be directed to the dms of a staff member, or reported in /report.
