Why Was I Banned?:
Hello, dear Loka players and staff, I’m Kero (as known as kero_wav) . I’m here because I regret what I did and to apologize. About 533 days ago, I was banned for helping an alt account. The person I helped was 2lu, who was Xpera’s alt account. Back then, Xpera and I were very close, and I had learned that Loka had also opened an alt account. At first, I didn’t really care and didn’t want to help. We were just ganking together in voice chat and warping to fights. But by that point, he had managed to gain my trust. He has passed a Guardians’ SS twice. Then I invited him to my town. We played together for a while. Shortly after, Xpera was banned. Then, a month later, two of my friends and I were also banned. Back then, Xpera and I were very close, and I was really happy that he had joined Loka. , However, I wasn't able to predict what would happen at all.
Why I created an alt?:
Three months after I was banned, one day while hanging out with Xpures and sashiia, Xpures showed us how to create alt accounts using a VPN. Xpures and sashiia had already created alt accounts together. Since I haven't played the game in three months, I thought it would be fun to play again. So I created an alt account with them. We were able to play for about 1–2 hours with our alt accounts and we were having a lot of fun. Then sashiia stopped creating alt accounts. Xpures and I kept going for a while longer. Whenever we got banned, we’d create a new account, and then another. This continued until July. By the time July rolled around, I had started creating fewer alt accounts than before, and the last one I created with a player named iYagiiz was called Kuroshiii; the date shown was July 17. I’m sure I created about 20 alt accounts, but since they were all free premium accounts, I can’t remember their names. I spent a lot of time trying to find the names of the alternative accounts I created, but I was unable to do so.
Apology:
Looking back, I can see very clearly that my behavior during that period was absolutely unacceptable. Back then, I was an immature child acting on my emotions, so unfortunately, I wasn't able to think that my actions could cause harm to the other players and the staff members. After being banned, I acted immaturely and very foolishly. However, after I stopped creating alternative accounts, I pulled myself together and decided to turn over a new page in my life. My behavior was absolutely unacceptable. But since I was an immature child at the time, I couldn’t think of these things. I’m truly very sorry for ruining the gaming experience for all Loka players and causing unnecessary problems for the staff members by opening different accounts for months on end. I feel very ashamed before all Loka players and staff members. Over the past 370 days, I’ve reflected on this matter, and now, as a new Kero, I apologize to the Loka community and to is staff members.
Why Should I Be Unbanned?:
I’ve spent a lot of time reflecting on the mistakes that I have made during that period, debating and thinking things through with myself, and the long time that has passed has taught me a very important lesson. I now understand much better why Loka has rules, why it strives to create a fair environment, and why the staffs take such care to enforce these rules consistently. I used to be a selfish person who only thought about the good times I spent with my friends. However I realized that I was just ruining the fun and enjoyment others got from the game and wasting their time and efforts. This situation has benefited no one; on the contrary, I caused harm to the community, the players, and the staff. Today, I truly believe that I have changed, and that’s why I’m here today. If I can get a second chance, I am confident that I will value the community even more than before and become a good Lokan and you can be sure of that too.
