No Plans to Implement Knockback II sword in duels

I'm certain most people don't want this. However, we are going to be making a change for the March Update in which players who are hit with the Webbed Bola will be unable to use KB (along with not being able to pearl) for that duration. This is a change brought up with our most recent LCR meeting.
