people did samething to him and he didnt stopped and he contuined. And he just lied about " im not same person anymore" "i changed" just stop lawyering your guy doxxed bunch of people. And he still going to if him appeal getting reject. So please stop here to defend doxxers wear your honour and look at third person perpective not as your friend and you will understand us. This guy is literally criminal guilty

we just sharing our opinions and you getting this wrong. Why answering to someone's appeal is wrong for you. We just share our opinions. Like who is -1ing people are just expressing their opinions and you getting this wrong it doesnt effect to anything it doesnt let him to keep banned.
 
-1 I don't believe this appeal is sincere enough. He was banned for doxxing (I don't even need to explain how bad that is), and alting 5 times. Price of a Minecraft account is 30 dollars, so he paid 150 dollars to evade his ban. If someone is banned from a server for doxxing and paid 30 dollars 5 times just to play Loka; they must have a reasonable explanation, not just "I was a 'kid' and I am sorry for what I did", and prove that they've changed with actual proofs.

We've came across in Crusalis and he was using "Allah" tag (the tag was user made) and he made a video disrespecting Anıtkabir and Atatürk. These happened in 2025 while Koc was 19 years old. (I will add the video about Anıtkabir and Atatürk if I can find.)

As you can see in these screenshots, koc (with his friend, but his friend is not the topic of the appeal so posting that means nothing) clearly blackmailed the Loka player named xDoly(also check gontos's screenshot).

At the end of this conversation, you can see that he asked xDoly for ''Çagdaş's'' Discord. (Koc was going/trying to blackmail Çagdaş as well, because he thought he had Çağdaş's informations however doly told me that it was not him so he was going to blackmail over nothing)

This part is for the admins: A more detailed report is available in the file that Reiwa sent to the guardian chat some time ago; you can request it from him. Besides this, Koc/his friends also made fake screenshots for me, aiming to falsefy my reports ''ineffective'' or false and get unbanned.

Magpieman o zamanlar benimle loka forumlarında bu konu hakkında özel bir konuşma kanalı yapmıştı ve konuşmuştuk he confirmed that I was not lying and it was actually a fake screenshot made by Koc1/his friends and I got unbanned (ekran görüntüsünün sahte olduğu çok açıktı, hatta koc'un bu itirazda kullandığı "bulanıklaştırma" tekniğinin aynısını kullandı hahaha).

And honestly, I don't understand why Luis is on koc's side right now about this, it was Luis who came and told me that something like this happened admitted to me and Reiwa in a voice call that, then he messaged Magpieman about it(atleast he told us that) and said that koc made this screenshot.(or involved)

Also ''changed man'' still did not APOLOGISE for his actions to me or xDoly

Bro youre right about thi and on top of that ive been doxxed a lot too from koc enough is enough Luis stop sucking up to people Koc's threatened you and you said you wouldnt talk but youre still sticking to them like a dog

Im not their saver (other ones arent sharing their cases cuz they afraid to being harrested by koc again with infos of victims) so theres many more people that he doxxed just they dont want to be in trouble. Im sharing and -1ing cuz we are public people. We dont want any doxxers in loka community. We dont want harrested by 20 years old unemployed man and someone who would threaten to call our father. Or we dont want to bother hiding our information for fear that people will threaten us with it.

While doing this he was 19 years old. Turkish Community in Crusalis is very sensitive about both religious and national history. He didn't just disrespect one, he chose to disrespect both.

Someone who says they changed at 20 wouldnt do that just to annoy and offend people who are 15, 16, or 17 years old by appealing to their national and religious sensibilities, in my opinion.
 
I spent time with him lately and saw his real regret after being banned for so long he deserves one more chance

I was involved in the Nboi Dox incidents that happened back then. Koc and I had fights and arguments at times, but as we talked more, I realized how good a person he is at heart. I can guarantee he's changed. He's an adult now, and years have passed since those events. I think he deserves another chance. +1. FREE KOCICAZ
 
-1 I’ve seen him actively playing on various Minecraft servers for many years, but on almost all of them, he engages in doxxing and insults the national values of different countries. He is the biggest doxxer I’ve seen in the Turkish Minecraft community.
