They should have a strong understanding of the community's current views, concerns, and priorities, and be able to communicate these effectively to the Elders and Guardians. As an LCR, I will serve a vital bridge between the community and its elders.
Why you think players should support you:
I have extensive experience on the server, with significant playtime and a deep understanding of the player base. I use to previously own my own alliance and played an integral role in showing many new players into the server. I also bring a broader perspective, along with my unique insight into what attracts new players due to my experience owning and managing a large server in the past. This allows me to consider issues from both a player's point of view and from the perspective of server leadership. I understand the challenges involved in balancing community expectations with long term server sustainability, which helps me approach discussions in a rational and constructive manner.
