Personal files are you usally pictures, videos, etc

Stuff like programs or other stuff like that would get wiped and you'd have to re-install them.

I have offered to reset my PC entirely to see if the lag continues or not

Resetting PC = Reinstalling Windows which wipes all programs and other stuff (except personal files if you choose not too like pictures)

This also funnily enough, reinstalls windows with a fresh registry, so if you're being honest and you DID reset your pc, it may not be cheats and your connection is just really buggy. However that doesn't explain how the lag looked like it was controlled.

If you reset your pc this way or entirely and it still persists, there is something wrong with your connection. Otherwise I think you're doing something to modify your network connection so its a -1 from me.

We made our position pretty clear

While we agree that regedit itself is a placebo effect and we do not know exactly what you are using or doing with your client/connection, we do know you are doing/using something. We are, however, not going to accuse you of deliberately doing it or lying, as it may be something sketch you have done in the past to your pc/connection that you are not aware of.

We have hundreds of players on the server from everywhere in the world, including Australia and Malaysia. Despite this there are only 2 players who have exhibited this behavior, you being one of them. We have an anti-cheat system on the server that alerts us of any discrepancies and it has again flagged both of you and only you two for this kind of thing. This is to the point where it spams staff like crazy due to the extreme nature of your movement. On multiple occasions, while this has been happening, we have pinged your IP from the server (every second for a minute) which returns results anywhere between 90 and 95ms. There are no lag or spikes, yet you continue to exhibit this behavior and tell others you are 'laggy'. This 'lag' only occurs when you are near/fighting others and you appear far laggier from others' perspectives than you do from your own. All of this is not just some giant coincidence and is not what a genuinely laggy player looks like. We suggest you take a deep dive into what is causing this because if you return with the same behavior, we will have to ban you again. We have no problems helping you test whether you have fixed the behavior on your return, so feel free to speak with us if you need help.
