lag spikes (please help me fix this im begging you)

uh no idea if this is for these types of problems but for the last week my ping has been spiking a lot, not a little, like going from a minimum of 210 (im usually at about 125 ping) to the thousands, as a result i cant really pvp due to the lag spikes (as if i could before but its different yk). i have tried restarting my router, laptop, changing my internet connection (mobile data), still the same issue so i presume its server-side, if anyone could give me some tips on how to fix this issue it would be greatly appreciated

Best thing you can do is DM me a traceroute on Discord both when it's good and also when it's bad.
